My name is Ronnie Lee Gentry, and welcome to my website!

I have been blessed to live on this earth for 77 years. I have gone a long way from where I was born, about 200 yards! I am the fourth maybe the fifth generation to live on our old homeplace. I am a North Carolina hillbilly and wouldn’t trade my heritage for anything. The most important thing in my life is the fact that I got saved when I was 12 years old and I am still saved today and will still be saved tomorrow! God called me to preach in 1978 and I was ordained a Baptist minister in 1985. I have pastored three churches. I have been at Refuge Baptist Church since 1990.

I studied at Foothills Baptist Bible College. I have a Bachelor of Theology, a Master of Theology, and a Doctor of Theology degree from there. I authored a book entitled “And I give unto them eternal life and they shall never perish”.

I have been married to my wife Sherry since 1969, almost 57 years now. We have been blessed with four children, Brian, Angela, Anna, and Shea. We have six grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. My whole life is a testimony to the faithfulness and goodness of God.
